On April 2018, me and my husband got a chance to visit a very well known beach South Sulawesi, Tanjung Bira (you can check this post Tanjung Bira / Bara Beach) and we stayed at a beautiful bungalow, named Cosmos Bungalows.
The access to Cosmos Bungalows are not too far from the main road and there are many sign that guide you to the bungalow.
If I’m not mistaken, they have 6-7 bungalows, from the small one with one bed or if you go with your family or friends you can choose the family room.
Luckily the room faces the beach, so we got a really a nice view from our room. Here is the picture:
The price for staying at this bungalows are quite affordable, around IDR 400K-700K depends on the room. The room was comfortable, and there’s some facilities that we get:
- Breakfast
- Fan (no AC)
- Books (no TV)
- Wifii (only at the restaurant)
- Hammock in every terrace
- Bathroom (better bring your own soap/shampoo, they’re not providing it)
- Towel
The facilities in the room were minimalist, but it’s okay because we spent a whole day swimming at the beach 😄.
The bungalows are located at Bara Beach, it has a private and direct access to the beach.
The restaurant also faces the beach, it is so nice to sit there, relax, with breathtaking views while you’re enjoying the food. Oh and the was OK, but on the next post i will recommend you a really delicious place to eat at Tanjung Bira.
So far, we really enjoyed to stay at Cosmos Bungalow. We hope that we could go back to Tanjung Bira again someday.
